GRIDIRON GRUNTS is a unique communication channel conceived by pro athletes, for pro athletes and their fans. This one-of-a-kind service brings pro athlete’s thoughts to the masses straight from the source – without filters – and connects fans to each other in a fun and unique way. The Gridiron Grunts app will allow pros and fans alike to create, manage, and listen to their Grunts. Registered users will be able to set up their private network of friends, send Grunts, subscribe to the pro channels, and purchase ringtone downloads.

“What’s a GRUNT?”

On the social media side it’s a 45-second audio message sent within your private network of friends via our iPhone application. The audio message uses a unique push notification to alert the intended user to listen and respond. No SMS or email notifications are required to hear or send a Grunt. The Gridiron Grunts app operates as a FREE social media tool to send personal voice messages to your friends from phone-to-phone in a much safer, faster, and more fun way than sending traditional text messages. You can even connect your Grunt Network account to Facebook or Twitter.

On the pro athletes’ side, fans can listen to FREE “Pro” Grunts (voice messages up to 3 minutes in length) from players, coaches, and media personalities in categories such as:
